Road: reasonable plan, perfect layout. The trunk road’s width 60 m, sub-trunk road’s width 24 m, the branch road’s width 12 m, their surface all are asphalt and concrete.

Electricity-supplying:there is a thermal power plant with a capacity of 36,000 KVA and there are three transformer substations which capacity is 110-222 KVA, they can meet the double-circuit electricity-supplying condition for the grid of 10 KV and 35 KV.

Heat-supplying: in the JEDZ, the steam pipeline has entered into same parts of area, may spread to the all over the area for central heating, the steam-supplying capacity is 225 ton/hour, steam pressure reaches to 1.0 MPA, temperature is 310℃, can meet the requirement of production and life.

Gas: the natural gas’ supplying capacity is more than 36,200 m3/day.

Water-supplying: the water-supplying pipeline that’s diameter is 300-1000 mm, is linked to every parcel land.

Telecommunication: 100,000 lines progamme-controlled telephone directly dial to all over the world.

Network: optical fibre access, giga broad-band.

Cable-TV:cover the all over the JEDZ.

Sewage disposal: there is an industrial polluted water treatment plant, its capacity is 40,000 ton/day.

The discharge of rain water and polluted water: implement draining off seperately.

Comprehensive coordination: finance, insurance, commerce, healthcare, education, amusement etc. they are coordinated, their management is advanced
